PhD Students

Prof. Junyue Holden Wang’s lab in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maine is seeking for motivated Ph.D. students to join, starting in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, environmental sciences, or related fields.
  • Research experience in above-mentioned fields is advantageous.
  • Passion in environmental research and interdisciplinary collaborations.
  • Strong scientific writing and communication skills.
